Q: What is fair trade?
A: Fair trade is a term used to recognize and support people in the labor force, primarily in developing countries, who are treated decently in terms of working conditions.  They are given respectable wages which help support and improve living conditions of the family or community.  Comfortable physical working space is also a priority.  Fair trade is an effort to promote positive aspects of globalization. 

Q: Where can I find out more about fair trade?
A: Organizations such as the International Fair Trade Organization, www.ifat.org,  and Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International, www.fairtrade.net, offer interesting information about how and why fair trade works.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Can I send a gift?
A: While you are checking out, check the box where you can send to a different address.  Then you will be asked if you would like GIFT WRAP.   You may also leave a message and we will send a card.

Q: How do I place an order if I live locally?
A:You can call us at 610.641.8782 or email us at hih@dejazzd.com and we will place the order.  We can then arrange to meet for delivery OR you can enter your order online, choose WILL CALL on your final page of ordering in the SHIPPING box and then contact us for delivery arrangements.
